You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well.I am writing to inform you that i want to cancel the course which i choose as a part time course.It's name is web design.

I choose it as part time because i am doing a job in software engineering company So i thought it will helpful for my job but now i felt that web design course is not in demand.So,it is major reason of cancelation.

Moreover, I want to choose digital market course due to its usage and in demand course.Apart from that this course can beneficial for my job as well as for my personal improvment and i can gain promotion with help of this subject. I hope there have plenty of seats left for this course and please enroll me in this rather than first one due to its benefits .I look forward for your reply.
