You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

The purpose of my writing today is to cancel my part time course which I enrolled last week. I have booked in computer science course which will be help me in gaining the knowledge of information technology.

The computer science course will help me in my future career development as I am more focused towards the IT sector and targeting companies like IBM, TCS and HCL as a technical analyst. Moreover, it was not an easy decision for me to cancel my existing course of mechanical and opt for IT subject. This step will make a difference in my career growth and will make more focused towards the artificial intelligence as well.

I would request you to provide me the steps that needs to be follow to cancel my existing enrollment. Furthermore, please share the further details of my new booking for my future reference.
