You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am Jency Patel and I am writing to cancle my registration in part-time course which I recently booked.

To begin with, I registered in AT304 Business Management course, which is scheduled to start next month. However, due to an unexpected change in my work schedule, I will no longer be able to attend the classes regularly. Therefore, I would like to cancle my booking.

I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with information about other part-time courses that are available at a later date. I am particularly interested in courses related to business administration that are offered in the evening or at weekends, as these would be more convenient for me.

Could you please confirm the cancellation of my current registration and let me know whether I am eligible for a refund of the course fee? I would be grateful if you could also send me details of the alternative courses and their starting dates.
