You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir,

I am writing to let you know that I want to cancel my part-time course registration which was booked recenty.

As I saw, there are a lot of part-time courses available in your college, so computer programming and typing course were chosen by me. But now I want to cancel computer progarmming course from my study.

I want to cancel my booking because this course is quite expensive for me. Although I do a part-time job, I can not afford the fees of this course. Moreover, this course is not helping me to complete my future dreams. Instead of studing this course, I can spend my time to learn new things and skills which would help me to achieve my goals.

I would be glad if you can enrol me in French spoken course. After my college education, I am planning to go to France for my higher educaion, so I need to learn French language and I want to book this course.

I look forward to hearing form you. Please let me know if you need other requirement.
