IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Navjot Singh, and I have booked a part-time course at your college. Actually, I am writing to request to cancel my booking.

Recently, I have applied for part-time hotel management course which is requiring 2 years. My regestration number is [redacted phone], which I recieved on booking date.

Due to some financial issues and length of course,I have to cancel my bookng for this course. I have planned to join same course next year; therefore, I would like to request to you cancel my booking for course.

In the mean time, I can focus to improve other skills, so I would like to know about other short duration vocational skill courses.

I would like share more information related other available courses.

I hope you will consider my request at your earliest convenience. If you need any information, please feel free to contact with me.
