You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request permission to cancel a booking I made for a part-time course in special needs education as at yesterday.

This was done in error beacuse I assumed It was a compulsory part-time course for my degree. Although I am interested in gaining knowledge about how to take care of all children including those with special needs, I would love to explore my options in educational management.

I would like to know if it is possible to book for another course, preferably in educational management. I understand that the deadline has passed, but I am hopeful that my request can be considered. Gaining knowledge in management would give me the skill set I need if i decide to own a school. I strongly believe that it would be a great investment for my future career as an early childhood educationist.
