You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.
Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:
- say which part-time course you booked
- explain why you need to cancel your booking
- ask about booking a different course

Dear Sir/Madam. I hope you are well. I am writing this letter to let you know that I want to cancel my part time course "Functional Foods". I want to cancel this course because I am doing a part time job right now. So it is difffcult for me to mnage this course along with my job. Initially, I chose the course because I was leaving my job, but due to some circumstanaces I'm unable to leave my job for next three months. I am thinking to join another course that is starting right after three months from now which is named as "Physial Fitness for All". After leaving my job, I would have ample time to manage my studies as well as this part time course. Kindly let me know how to cancel my previosuly booked course and book this new course as I am more interested in this.
