You recently booked a part-time course at a college. You now need to cancel your booking.

Write a letter to the college administrator. In your letter:

• say which part-time course you booked
• explain why you need to cancel your booking
• ask about booking a different course

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

I am writing to formally inform you that I recently booked a part-time program at your college. Due to unexpected circumstances, I need to cancel my registration.

To provide some context, I registered specifically for a six-month project management program, which is expected to begin on August 1st.

As I have been working in a multinational organisation for the last five years and to gain international exposure, I selected your university. However, my manager informed me that my company is organising a crucial meeting for a month to discuss the reasons for the decline in production rate. Being a supervisor in my department, my attendance is pivotal to suggest areas for improvement.

I would be grateful if you could suggest any other course with the same modules in the next intake. I remain available to provide you with any additional documentation required during the whole process.
