Student answer (Band 6.0)
While it has been suggested that if people want variety in their outfits they should go for cloths which are less expensive, I firmly believe that having a quality clothes are much better than poor fitting attires.
What many people fail to recognize when buying clothes is the quality. The better the quality of the material used to make a dress is equal to longer life span of that dress. If individuals spent more money on a quality piece earlier ,they would ultimately
save more money later, as they will not buy again and again .Moreover, some renowned brands offer life time warranty, which offers customers to exchange, which is not in the case of cheap cloth options. Hence, it is clear that make a vise decision during shopping will be significantly beneficial for individuals who spend money on branded cloths.
From the appearance and fitting point of view, branded clothes always offered best fitting and comfort in their cloths .Currently, people invest on their apperancehe not only , but also
Therefore it is proven from the above stance that best option is to invest in best quality products , as it plays crucial role in individuals personality.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, as it is only 200 words long. This significantly impacts the development of ideas. While you present a clear position, the arguments are underdeveloped and the conclusion is incomplete. The second body paragraph is particularly fragmented and lacks a coherent ending, which prevents a full exploration of the topic. To improve, you must expand on your points with more detailed examples and ensure that the essay structure is complete, including a proper introduction, well-developed body paragraphs, and a full concluding summary.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay shows some attempt at logical organization, using transition words like 'Moreover' and 'Hence'. However, the progression of ideas is hindered by the incomplete nature of the final paragraph and the fragmented structure of the second body paragraph. Paragraphing is present but the content within the paragraphs is not fully cohesive, and some sentences feel disconnected. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence and that ideas flow logically from one to the next without abrupt shifts or incomplete thoughts.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several spelling errors, such as 'cloths' instead of 'clothes', 'vise' instead of 'wise', and 'apperancehe'. Additionally, there are word choice issues, such as 'poor fitting attires' (attire is usually uncountable) and 'make a vise decision'. To improve, focus on using more sophisticated vocabulary and ensure correct spelling and collocation. Avoid repeating the same words frequently and try to incorporate more topic-specific terminology related to consumer habits and fashion.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Examples include 'having a quality clothes are' (subject-verb agreement), 'the better the quality... is equal to' (awkward phrasing), and the incomplete sentence in the third paragraph. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma placement. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement, correct article usage, and ensuring that your complex sentences are grammatically sound. Proofreading for basic errors like missing words or incorrect verb forms will significantly improve your score.
