Student answer (Band 5.5)
This topic is base on buying expensive rather than lots of cheaper clothes. but we will debit on both of perspective.
In my opinion buy just few expensive clothes is best rather than lots of cheaper clothes. beacuse expensive clothes which we can buy from brands having fabulous quality.
These type of clothes having their own grace. And people who are wearing expensive clothes and buying clothes from brand having admirable personality. they looking very attractive in every occasion. Additionally expensive clothes are reliable. they almost pass two sessions but they grace will get old. they look new in every wash.
In Contrast the people who are buying cheap clothes can enjoy new clothes in every session because they get old after one session and they clothes are shared in every session also cheap clothes having no grace they start look old after wearing two to three time. buts its very good option for those people who will get bore after wear the same dresses . The people who like to do dressing on daily basis and would like to wear new dress every week so buy cheaper clothes may be more economical options for them. through this they can buy new dress in every week. because this option may suit on their budget if they are financially stable.
I would like to share my own experience once upon a time I went into market I saw the watch on limelight store I purchased it there went little expensive but still on it right condition. As same I purchased another watch from local market which is budget friendly but its damaged after one month I feel very disappointed.
In conclusion different people have different options but its totally dependent on people choices.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both sides of the argument, though the position is somewhat inconsistent. While you state an opinion in the second paragraph, the later sections provide a balanced view that makes the final stance feel slightly ambiguous. The ideas are relevant, such as quality versus variety, but they are not fully developed. For instance, the argument about 'grace' and 'personality' is repetitive and lacks depth. To improve, ensure your main position is clear throughout the entire essay and provide more nuanced supporting evidence rather than repeating the same points about clothes getting old.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the logical progression is often hindered by the limited use of cohesive devices. Transitions between sentences are frequently missing or mechanical, such as the abrupt start to the third paragraph ('In Contrast the people...'). Referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the flow of your argument. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'on the other hand') to connect your ideas more fluidly.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety required for higher bands. You rely on basic terms like 'good', 'cheap', and 'expensive' throughout the text. There are also issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'debit on both of perspective' (likely meaning 'debate both perspectives') and 'pass two sessions' (likely meaning 'last for two seasons'). To improve, try to incorporate more sophisticated vocabulary related to consumer habits and fashion, and pay closer attention to how words are paired together in English.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('These type of clothes having', 'they look new'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, which occasionally impedes readability. While there is an attempt to use complex sentences, they are often faulty. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically ensuring that every sentence has a clear subject and a correctly conjugated verb. Proofreading for common errors like missing articles and incorrect verb tenses will significantly improve your score.
