You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase.

Write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from. In your email:

• give details of the purchase
• describe the problem
• explain why you need a replacement urgently

Dear Mr Saleem khan taimori

I'm writing this letter to inform you that I bought some cloths from your store through online shopping website. But the cloths are different from the description and pitures shown on the website there for I want a replacment of cloths as soon as possible.

I bought two formal sets of cloths which include Blue colour pent and shirt with tie and second one is gray coat and navy blue pent with white shirt. I bought those on 12 July 8 pm and the purchase order number is #[redacted phone]. Colours and designe of the both sets different from the advertisment and description. Its look like they sent me the wrong cloths by mistake.

I bought these for upcomig office party for my promotion celebration which is sheduled on first August. There for I request to you kindly sent a rider to pick up these cloths and replace them with the correct ones within 2 days.My address is 4 glenfinnon otago Australia.
