Dear Sir or Madam,
I would to express my dissatisfaction on what I bought from your store.
Last week, I bought 3 white T-shirts, one pair of dark blue pants and a pair of black sneakers. Although, your service inside the store was genuinely perfect and your clothing material was top-notch , I found a lot of defective parts in my purchase.
Moreover, I found three deep hidden holes in the sneakers from the bottom part, so I couldn't recognize them at the time of picking them up from your shop. Furthermore, there was a blood stains on my pants that I bought from you; I was totally scared when I saw them.
I request from you to exchange them as soon as possible as I have an important outing next week with my family that I didn't seen them from along time.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The letter successfully addresses all three bullet points: providing details of the purchase, describing the defects, and explaining the urgency of the replacement. The tone is appropriate for a formal complaint. The ideas are relevant and clearly presented, ensuring the reader understands the nature of the problem and the desired outcome. The response is well-structured and fulfills the requirements of the task effectively.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter is logically organized, with a clear progression from the introduction to the description of the issues and the final request. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the different points. Cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'Furthermore', and 'Although' are used to link ideas, although some transitions feel slightly mechanical. Overall, the message is easy to follow, and the structure supports the reader's understanding of the situation.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task. You use some specific terms like 'defective parts' and 'dissatisfaction'. However, there are some minor inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'blood stains' (should be 'blood stains' or 'a blood stain') and 'didn't seen them from along time' (should be 'haven't seen them for a long time'). While these errors do not impede communication, they prevent a higher score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are several grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'I would to express' (should be 'I would like to express'), 'a blood stains' (subject-verb agreement error), and 'that I didn't seen them' (tense error). While these errors are noticeable, they do not prevent the meaning from being clear. To improve, focus on verb tense consistency and article usage.
