IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase.

Write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from. In your email:

• give details of the purchase
• describe the problem
• explain why you need a replacement urgently

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to seek your attention for the unsatisfied purchased which I did from your online portal.

The order based on the latest adidas clothes. Two of them was black color T shirts for me , and rest of the material such as lowers and a jacket, was for my younger brother.

Although I got that order within the given time period, but the t shirts was not in the exact size and the jacket zip was broken. Except that delivery driver hand over to my neighbor's house while I mentioned the exact address with a pin code, and he also throwed in an inconvenient manner.

For the replacement, I would be grateful if you could assist me by replacing order on an earliest convenience, and also let me know why this happened. Finally, guide your delivery drivers with the business ethics and moral basic values for treating the public material wisely. If possible, check them on regular basis.
