You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase.

Write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from. In your email:

• give details of the purchase
• describe the problem
• explain why you need a replacement urgently

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently purchased a Black Leather Jacket from your app and I deeply regret my decision as the actual product doesn't match the picture or description; I demand replacement on my purchase.

The Jacket was dark black in colour with leather coating and had a vintage style. On 18th of this month, I did a checkout on Myntra.com and scheduled for three days delivery-the quickest mode of delivery as on 21st my father was celebrating his 60th birthday and to make his day special, I wanted to gift him this jacket.

On the day of delivery; the product arrived, it was not at all a dark black colour and the design look outdated-does not match the picture or provided description. It wasn’t even ironed and the chain was stuck in between and was not moving a bit.

My temper was out of control, However I made my nerves calm and stayed positive. I gifted him something else but I promised to get him something better next week. I request an immediate fixation to my problem and demand a replacement.

Kindly update me about the same asap! Also, let me know if you need further details from my end.
