You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase.

Write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from. In your email:

• give details of the purchase
• describe the problem
• explain why you need a replacement urgently

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter that your company's delivery team made mistake to deliver with my order.

Actually, last week, I ordered a blue jeans with white t-shirt. Although summer is best season to wear this pair, they looked stunning and classy online. Also, a tiny butterfly was made on it, so, I decided to purchase them.

When I got the order, the color of the jeans is brown and t-shirt is blue color which was totally different from my actual choice. Moreover , I felt disappointed as I spent my half of the salary to buy it.

The main reason to buy this dress was taking participate in culture event in my college in which I performed as a lead dancer as well as the dress would be the major factor of my team's performance.

Therefore, I request you to replace my order with my original ones as soon as possible so that I will not miss my dance event
