Write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from. In your email:

Hello Sir,

I a writing this letter to complaint about my recently bought Zebronix Bluetooth Device from your online website. I have ordered it on September 18th and have received on 25th September.

I would like to elaborate the problem I am facing with it. the device is overall in good condition when I received but after 3 days of use it battery suddenly fall down, I put it on charge, after an hour I checked but it has stopped working. I am too disappointed with this.

To solve this issue I have already submit the return application on 28th September but still not get any update from your side. It would be great if you could replace the product and send it to me soon. It is argent as I need it for my upcoming special event. I hope you would consider my application and take a possible solution soon.
