Write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from. In your email:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my dissatifaction with purchase I made last week. I was extremely dissappointed by the experience and i would like to bring this matter to your attention.

Firstly, I would like to explain what happened. I bought a saree from your online website AZAA Boutique the review of the site was amazing that is the only reason I consider this website. Also it mentioned the physical features of the product colour is almost burgandy shade and organaza material. Unfortunately, I recevied wrong shade.

Furthermore, I ordered this product for my upcoming function on my family. They have a theme thats why I choose this one. Moreover, I do not have enough time to go for a shopping. For illlustrate, venue is little bit far away from my house, so I need go there too early.

I will appreciate it if you could take immediate action for this. I look forward to hearing your response
