You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase.

Write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from. In your email:

• give details of the purchase
• describe the problem
• explain why you need a replacement urgently

Dear Sir,

I am writing this email to bring your attention to an issue i recently experiecned with your company. Last week i bought coach limited edition bag and it was worth $1000 as it was limited edition i bought it online. Moreover, When i recievd the packge it was damaged and when i checked inside the bag it had a big scratch on it. I felt so disappointed as it cost me to much and i wanted to use it for my college.

To provide more details, I really like your brand. At first i thought i would be able to change it from store but when i went to store to return the prodcut the staff said i am not eligible for the return as product was limited edition i had to contact the customer service.

I would be grateful if you can provide me exchange or refund. I look forward to your positive response. If you need product details and order number i will attech the recipt in this email.
