It has become an issue of debate that whether employees should meets regularly arrange get together regularly after the office hours or keep their personal time private while not including colleagues. In my opinion, working life and personal life should keep completely seperated.

Some people believed that socialisation with other colleagues out of office hours during is a superior way to know each others. Mostly when colleagues know feels more comfortable with each others, they feel create a friendly environment which can not only be proved beneficial for the employers but also for the growth of the company. If employees felt hesitation, they would never create feel stressful at workplace.

Conversely, colleagues should not be a part of personal life because colleagues can know each others weakness. If It is common that if a person know the weak point of others, starts to judge others. In a judgemental environment, a worker cannot concentrate on work and lead to face criticism. Consequently, whether a her either a person has to leave a job or deal with daily criticism.

In my opinion, undoubetedly, colleagues are competitors and always want more credit of work and applause for other workers. Sometime friendship with colleagues can reveal work statergies and techniques which can be proved as mistake later on. That is why what colleagues should do is keep their personal life seperate than professional.

In conclusion, although friendship with colleagues can create workplace environment friendly, some colleagues can take advantage of the friendship while revealing the & not only secrets but also become hurdle in way of success.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. For instance, the argument regarding colleagues being 'competitors' is introduced in the third paragraph and repeated in the fourth. While the task is addressed, the supporting points lack depth and specific examples, relying instead on generalizations about workplace behavior. To improve, you should aim to provide more concrete scenarios or nuanced reasoning to support your claims, rather than repeating the same points in different ways.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some cohesive devices like 'Conversely' and 'In conclusion' to signal shifts in the text. However, the flow within paragraphs is sometimes disrupted by awkward phrasing and grammatical errors, such as in the second paragraph where the transition between sentences is unclear. Additionally, some referencing is imprecise, making the logical progression feel mechanical at times. Improving the variety and accuracy of your linking words will help your ideas connect more naturally.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You have an adequate range of vocabulary to express your ideas, but there are frequent errors in word choice and collocation. For example, you use 'meets regularly arrange get together' which is redundant and grammatically incorrect. Phrases like 'create feel stressful' and 'reveal work statergies' also show a lack of precision. While your meaning is generally clear, the vocabulary is often basic or misused. You should focus on learning common collocations related to professional environments and proofreading for word forms to improve your precision.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'colleagues know feels'), incorrect verb forms (e.g., 'can not only be proved'), and missing articles or prepositions. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While you attempt complex sentences, they are often faulty, which limits your score. Focusing on basic sentence construction and ensuring subject-verb agreement will significantly improve the clarity of your writing.
