It is frequently debated whether it is appropriate to hang out with fellow workers after work or free days while some argue that it is essential not to involve their social life with their colleagues. In my opinion, socializing with colleagues is a better approach and, in this essay, both vies will be discussed and explain my perspectives.
I firmly believe that hanging out with fellow colleagues is very important because it enables familiarity. It helps workers to know more about people they are working with.
Despite the benefit of socializing with other co workers , there are obvious reasons to keep working life separate from coworkers because it would help your private life to be kept away from them. When people do not much about someone, they will find it so difficult to interfere in one's life.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 157 words. Consequently, the task is incomplete, and the development of ideas is severely restricted. While the essay attempts to address both sides of the argument and provides a personal opinion, the points are underdeveloped and lack supporting evidence or examples. The conclusion is also incomplete, cutting off mid-sentence. To improve, you must expand your arguments with specific examples and ensure you reach the required length to allow for a full discussion of the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the progression of ideas is hindered by the lack of length and the abrupt ending. Cohesive devices are used in a very basic manner, such as 'Despite the benefit' and 'In conclusion', but the overall flow is disjointed. The referencing is sometimes unclear, and the lack of a completed conclusion significantly impacts the coherence of the piece. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence followed by well-developed supporting ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is generally simple and repetitive. Phrases like 'hang out' and 'know more about' are informal and lack the precision expected in an IELTS essay. There are also errors in word choice, such as 'involve their social life' instead of 'integrate' or 'combine'. The range of vocabulary is limited, and the essay does not demonstrate the ability to use less common lexical items effectively. To improve, try to incorporate more academic collocations and precise terminology related to professional and social dynamics.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors. For example, 'both vies will be discussed and explain my perspectives' contains a subject-verb agreement error and a spelling mistake. There are also issues with article usage and prepositional phrases. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of errors is noticeable. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement, correct tense usage, and proofreading your work to catch minor slips in spelling and punctuation.
