There are enormouse facts that garner strength to the beleive that socialisation is essential with the office hours. Firstly, relation would be get strong between the employees as they learn the concept of coordination with open communication in relaxed environment.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The essay addresses all parts of the prompt, discussing both views and providing a clear personal opinion. The ideas are relevant, such as the benefits of coordination and the risks of disclosing sensitive information. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding 'secrecy' is a good point but lacks a concrete, real-world example to fully illustrate the impact. The position is consistent throughout, but the explanation of the 'rules and principles' mentioned in the conclusion could have been integrated more effectively into the body paragraphs to strengthen the overall argument.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. There is a progression of ideas from the introduction to the conclusion. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'Shifting to thte other view' and 'Neverthelessness'. While the paragraphing is appropriate, the flow between sentences is occasionally interrupted by grammatical errors, which makes the transition of ideas feel less smooth. Referencing is generally clear, but the overall structure relies on a somewhat formulaic approach that could be improved with more varied linking phrases.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but shows limited range and some inaccuracies. There are several spelling errors (e.g., 'peaople', 'enormouse', 'beleive', 'posiitve', 'secerecy', 'feild') and word choice issues (e.g., 'garner strength to the beleive', 'facile manner'). While the student attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'coordination', 'professional secrets', and 'goodwill', the frequent errors in spelling and collocation prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. The vocabulary is sufficient to convey the intended meaning, but it lacks the precision and flexibility required for a higher score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('issues often sparks', 'secrecy get suffer'), incorrect verb forms ('relation would be get strong', 'workers relaxed their mind'), and punctuation/article errors. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are persistent and occur in almost every sentence. The student attempts complex structures, but they are often faulty, which limits the overall accuracy. To improve, the student needs to focus on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common grammatical slips.
