Student answer (Band 5.0)
The social communication is completely important in our lives but some people include their work colleagues in friends but others think that is wrong. In my perspective it is not good idea to share teamwork in your social life. In the next paragraphs I will shed some light on this two views.
The people who believed that sharing the work colleagues in their evenings or weekends have many advantages that related to their thinking such as this sharing will make them friends to helped them in work and understanded or forgave their mistakes, for example he or she can take care of their missions if they delayed or were absent, in addition they will support them in the work.
In the other hand, the people who think it is important to keep working life completely separate from their social life because they find in this relation many disadvantages results for instance, your private matters becoming more public such as any argue happed between you and your children or husband, also any bad situation they witnesses will make them know your weakness points and nobody like that that why I agree that it is better to do not be socialise with work colleagues.
In conclusion, each one has his opinion to be socialise with team work or not but it is absulutly have a drew backs in my view.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the essay is significantly under the 250-word minimum, which limits the depth of the ideas. The arguments are presented but remain underdeveloped; for instance, the point about 'private matters becoming public' is mentioned but not fully explored with a concrete example. Because the response is under-length and the ideas are not sufficiently extended, it does not meet the requirements for a higher band.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as 'In the other hand' instead of 'On the other hand'. The transition between ideas is sometimes abrupt, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, making the flow feel somewhat disjointed. While there is an overall attempt at logical progression, the lack of sophisticated linking words and the repetitive sentence structures hinder the coherence of the argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, relying on basic terms like 'good idea', 'bad situation', and 'socialise'. There are several word-choice errors, such as 'sharing the work colleagues' and 'drew backs' (drawbacks). The range of vocabulary is not sufficient to express complex ideas with precision. To improve, you should focus on learning collocations and more academic synonyms for common words to demonstrate a wider range of lexical control.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Examples include 'the people who believed that sharing the work colleagues... have many advantages that related to their thinking' and 'any argue happed'. Verb tense consistency is an issue, and there are errors in subject-verb agreement and word order. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors prevents the writing from reaching a higher band.
