Student answer (Band 5.5)
Most proponents argue that being socially active with colleagues during weekdays or evenings is positive way to make their bond stronger while some overshadows this point by saying personal and private life is better to be separate. In this essay, I am going to discuss both point of views and share my own opinion about it.
To begin with the first assert, I believe that being socialize with other employees improves interpersonal skills such as making bond stronger, develop strong communication skills, and boost confidence. Moreover, interacting with colleagues through short intellectual meetings gives a chance to learn more about company goals, achievements and upcoming targets. For instance, many developed countries big reason of success is the infinity unity and strong bonding among employees.
On the other hand, by keeping personal professional life separate escalate numerous positive outcomes. Initially, focusing on professional life keeps individual motivated, determinant and helps to reach towards desired goals. Secondly, social involvements sometimes leads negative impact on profiles and destroy professionalism. To relate it with it can be seen in many multinational companies such Deloitte, loosed Empire buildings tender due to leakage of internal documents and socializing became the main reason for staffs unprofessionalism in company
To put in a nutshell, I believe a balanced approach for this notion. Being socialize is a good way to make bond stronger but for better growth or good company reputation it is important to take meditatively steps.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both views and provides a clear opinion. However, the essay is under the 250-word minimum, which limits the depth of development. While the arguments are relevant, the example regarding 'Deloitte' is vague and lacks sufficient detail to fully support the point about professionalism. The conclusion is also quite brief. To improve, you should expand on your examples and ensure your arguments are fully explored to meet the length requirement, which would allow for a more comprehensive discussion of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into clear paragraphs, and there is a logical progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices such as 'To begin with', 'Moreover', and 'On the other hand'. However, some transitions feel mechanical, and there are instances where the flow is interrupted by awkward phrasing, such as 'To relate it with it can be seen'. The use of referencing is occasionally unclear, which impacts the overall cohesion. Improving the variety and naturalness of your linking words will help the essay flow more smoothly.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, but there are several instances of incorrect word choice and collocation. For example, 'infinity unity' is not a standard collocation, and 'meditatively steps' is used incorrectly in context. There are also minor errors such as 'loosed' instead of 'lost'. While you attempt to use more sophisticated language, the lack of precision in word choice occasionally hinders clarity. Focusing on learning common collocations and ensuring words are used in their correct grammatical form will improve your score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'social involvements sometimes leads'), missing articles, and awkward sentence construction (e.g., 'is positive way to make'). These errors are noticeable and sometimes require the reader to re-read to understand the intended meaning. To reach a higher band, you need to focus on basic grammatical accuracy, particularly with verb forms and sentence structure, before attempting more complex patterns.
