Student answer (Band 6.0)
Socialization is really important part of the one's life. It is person's own choice whether he is comfortable with the co-workers with whom he spend most of time or maintain a distance with them after the office time. This essay will focus on both perspectives and my opinion on this topic.
On the one hand, if the same members of work perform some social activities then it is much easier for person as he need not find some else from outside of the world as they already know about each other good and bad things. Moreover they will have common topic to discuss otherwise it is pretty difficult to find the common topic. To exemplify, while two colleagues are spend free time, they can talk about the work culture as they both are going through same condition. Not only this it make the bonding between the worker more and more strong as they will come to each other's home and enjoy common festival. For example if the Hindu and the Muslims friends have close bonding then Hindu friend will invite on Diwali while Muslims friend on Eid.
On the other hand, it is commonly seen that there is big factor of jealously due to which some people wants the fake bonding so that they can know about their thoughts regarding their management which they use it as proof and also blackmail them. In spite of this person might need to restrict himself or need to create a fake identity so that there bonding should not affect as they are working together.
In my opinion, one need to carefully choose the partner with whom one want to socialize else there will be problem as no one knows what is running in the others mind.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The essay addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For example, the argument regarding jealousy and 'fake bonding' in the second body paragraph is a bit underdeveloped and lacks a concrete example to illustrate the point effectively. While the prompt is addressed, the explanation of the 'why' behind the opinions could be more nuanced to reach a higher band. The position is consistent, but the depth of analysis is restricted by the brevity of the supporting arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'On the one hand', 'Moreover', and 'In spite of this', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and there are instances where the flow is interrupted by awkward phrasing, such as 'as they already know about each other good and bad things'. Paragraphing is appropriate, but the internal cohesion within the second body paragraph could be improved to better link the concept of jealousy to the conclusion.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the range and precision required for a higher band. There are several instances of awkward word choices or non-standard collocations, such as 'same members of work' instead of 'colleagues' or 'workmates', and 'find some else from outside of the world'. The phrase 'fake bonding' is used, but the overall lexical range is somewhat repetitive. To improve, you should focus on using more sophisticated collocations and idiomatic expressions related to professional and social relationships.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. Issues include missing articles ('important part of the one's life'), subject-verb agreement ('some people wants'), and awkward sentence construction ('as they both are going through same condition'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are errors in sentence structure that affect clarity. While the meaning is usually clear, the frequency of these errors prevents the writing from reaching a higher band score.
