In this time where working load on people increasing day by day, some people believe that chilling with co-workers on weekends is beat way to relax. On the other hand some say it better to keep your personal life separate from your proffessonel life. I believe, that having fun with work colleagues is good and make bond with them but there should be some boundris .

In these times socializing with co-workers can be good with your metal health. Because the work burden and meeting monthly goals are lo and drain all the energy. Furthermore, going out with colleagues can make better bond as well as can create a sense of team. It will be easier to work with the person who you personally know. Some companies arrange parties and social events to keep there worker closed and to make them feel like team.

On the Other hand, there are number of people who like to keep their working life separate from their social life. They believe that keeping both lives separate is better because there will not be any prievicy at work if they socialize together and share personal matters. Even if they do not discuss their personal life then talking about work at parties could be boring. For them chilling with their old friends can be more relaxing.

In conclusion, I believe that going out with colleagues is important to for better understanding and it can create better working envoirnment.

But there, should be some privecy lines that should not be crossed. Such as talking about someone's marriage life. It can hurt someone and can break your bond with them.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses all parts of the prompt, discussing both perspectives and providing a clear personal opinion. The ideas are relevant, such as the impact on mental health and the potential for privacy concerns. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding 'privacy lines' in the conclusion is a strong point that could have been expanded into a full paragraph to better support the position. The response is balanced, but the supporting examples are somewhat generic. To reach a higher band, ensure that each main idea is fully extended with more specific reasoning or illustrative examples.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, with a clear introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. The progression of ideas is generally easy to follow. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as the transition 'On the Other hand' and the phrasing 'But there, should be'. While the paragraphing is appropriate, the internal cohesion within paragraphs could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words to connect sentences more fluidly. The referencing is generally clear, but the flow is occasionally interrupted by minor grammatical errors.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the student to express their ideas clearly. There are some attempts at less common vocabulary, such as 'socializing' and 'environment', but there are also several spelling errors (e.g., 'proffessonel', 'metal' instead of 'mental', 'lo' instead of 'low', 'envoirnment', 'privecy'). These errors are frequent enough to be noticeable but do not prevent the reader from understanding the message. To improve, the student should focus on accurate spelling of common academic and professional terms and aim for more precise word choices to enhance the sophistication of the writing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with subject-verb agreement ('work load... increasing', 'make bond'), article usage, and punctuation (e.g., unnecessary commas like 'I believe, that'). The sentence structure is often repetitive, and some sentences are slightly awkward, such as 'Because the work burden and meeting monthly goals are lo and drain all the energy.' The student demonstrates an attempt at complex structures, but these are often marred by errors. Improving control over basic grammar and punctuation will significantly enhance the quality of the writing.
