Student answer (Band 6.0)
Some people contend that creating a family relationship with colleagues is beneficial, others maintain that it is crucial to keep working or social life separate. In my opinion, being friendly with colleagues are bring positive outcomes in our life like enhance teamwork and collaboration.
On the one hand, people assume work life should be different from social life because to perform accurate work discipline is very important. Employees need to be act like professionals at work but many workers forget that prominent rule at work. For example they start discussing their social issues at work and start spending time in doing gossiping rather then consent rating on work tasks. As result, there productivity in work hampers and it is understandable if boss cut their salary so irrelevant social behaviour can bring serious consequences for employees.
On the other hand, social relationships with co workers can be helpful if we use it like power to perform different tasks even if they are difficult. as good friends and social close friends can easily share their ideas with each other without any hesitation so colleagues can build strategies by sharing ideas which can assist there company to grow more. Also, this contribution would ensure their promotion in future. As result, friendship at work with colleagues is good if we get advantage of it in right way.
In conclusion, to socialize at work with co workers is not bad but we need to know our limits so friendship not disturb working life in fact make sure it help us in teamwork.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding professional discipline is relevant, but the explanation is slightly repetitive. The second body paragraph attempts to link socialising to career advancement, which is a good point, but it could be more thoroughly supported with specific examples. The conclusion is clear, but the overall depth of the discussion is more characteristic of a Band 6.0, as some points are under-developed and the reasoning is occasionally simplistic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the argument. There is a logical progression from the introduction to the two body paragraphs and the conclusion. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as 'As result' (used twice) and 'in fact make sure it help us'. While the paragraphing is appropriate, the transition between ideas could be smoother. The referencing is generally clear, but the overall flow is occasionally interrupted by grammatical errors that affect the cohesion of the sentences.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for a higher band. There are several instances of awkward word choice or incorrect collocations, such as 'creating a family relationship' (instead of 'forming close bonds') and 'doing gossiping' (instead of 'gossiping'). The student attempts to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'collaboration' and 'strategies', but the overall lexical range is limited. Spelling errors, such as 'consent rating' (concentrating) and 'there' (their), also detract from the quality of the writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('being friendly... are bring'), incorrect verb forms ('need to be act'), and missing articles. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are persistent and occur in both simple and complex sentences. The punctuation is generally functional, but the frequency of errors in basic grammar prevents the essay from reaching a higher band score.
