In this contemporary era, it is reckoned by certain individuals that allocating spare time with work employers in weekend has beneficial for each others to become more socialize whereas; some folks opine that it is essential to become separate the working life from social life. Before reaching to my opinion I will discussed the both views in upcoming paragraphs.

To commence with, why ample of people think that become more socialize in workplace with new employers as well as with employees has good for each other? Certainly, yes there are some reasons the predominant is to not only enhance harmonious relationship but also get opportunity to know about others culture as well as traditional values. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion in the conclusion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat repetitive and occasionally lacks depth. For instance, the argument regarding 'ancient history' as a benefit of socializing with colleagues is slightly tangential and not fully explored in a professional context. While the prompt is addressed, the supporting examples, such as the 'UK poll authority' and 'Hindustan magazine,' feel generic and lack specific context, which limits the persuasiveness of the arguments. To reach a higher band, ensure that each point directly relates to the prompt and provides more logical, real-world justification.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, and there is a logical progression of ideas from the introduction to the conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'To commence with,' 'Additionally,' and 'Moving further to the another side,' though some of these transitions are slightly mechanical or misused (e.g., 'Moving further to the another side'). Referencing is generally clear, but there are instances where the flow is interrupted by awkward phrasing, such as 'as this result, has good impact.' Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the two viewpoints, which helps the reader follow the structure of the argument.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but there are frequent errors in word choice and collocation that occasionally impede the flow. Examples include 'work employers' instead of 'colleagues,' 'become more socialize' instead of 'socialize more,' and 'mitigate the stress of more work.' The use of 'ancient history' in a workplace context is an example of an inaccurate word choice. While the student attempts to use a range of vocabulary, the lack of precision and the presence of non-standard collocations suggest a limited range of natural expression. More attention to word forms and standard English collocations is needed.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('it is reckoned by certain individuals that allocating... has beneficial'), incorrect verb forms ('I will discussed'), and awkward sentence construction ('as this result, they become good team members'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with the use of semicolons and commas. While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar and sentence structure prevents the response from reaching a higher band. Focusing on sentence construction and proofreading for basic errors would be beneficial.
