Student answer (Band 5.5)
Do socialise with work place people are happy and healthy during spare time instead of keep separate working as well as social life. However, both point of views will be discussed and elaborate in details further.
Nowadays, some people prefer to spend their after working time or weekend time with the same working people. Because, they are getting more comfortable and matching their vibes with the same colleagues and during the working time they are planning for how they would to spend their spare or weekend time as all group members have the same time schedule so they can plan according to it and make a successful plan to enjoy.
However, on the other side, some people thinks social and work life should be separated as they think it would not be enjoyable because majorly those colleagues groups are going for a dinner party or planning some trips so during that socializing time instead of doing enjoy, groups are discussing about work and work place bitching. Moreover, some individual thinks if we could make socialise plan with work colleagues then it would be secret revealing step and work place colleagues would be judge afterwards the party time.
To conclude with my opinion is I prefer to socialise with work place people during spare time would be more comfortable instead of keep separate both working as well as socializing life on account of matching the perfect vibe and know the pro and cons of get to gathering with the same group of work colleagues.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is limited. For example, the argument regarding 'workplace bitching' is somewhat informal and lacks depth. The introduction is quite confusing due to grammatical errors, making the initial position difficult to follow. While the prompt is addressed, the supporting points are often repetitive and lack specific, well-developed examples. To improve, you should focus on expanding your arguments with more logical reasoning and clearer explanations rather than relying on generalizations.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. Phrases like 'However, on the other side' and 'To conclude with my opinion is' are used, but the flow between sentences is frequently interrupted by grammatical issues. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the first paragraph where the subject of the sentences is ambiguous. The progression of ideas is present, but the lack of sophisticated linking words makes the essay feel somewhat disjointed.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive. You rely on basic terms like 'working people' and 'socialise' throughout the text. There are also instances of inappropriate word choice, such as 'work place bitching' and 'secret revealing step,' which are not suitable for an IELTS essay. The range of vocabulary is sufficient to convey the basic meaning, but it lacks the precision and flexibility required for higher bands. To improve, try to incorporate more academic collocations and avoid informal or slang expressions.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
There are frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. For instance, the opening sentence 'Do socialise with work place people are happy...' is syntactically incorrect and confusing. You struggle with subject-verb agreement, article usage, and sentence structure. While there is an attempt to use complex sentences, they are often faulty, leading to a lack of clarity. The majority of your sentences contain errors, which prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement would be highly beneficial.
