A few individual think that It is good idea to socialize with colleagues after working hours. While others think it is important to keep working life completely separate from social life. This essay will discuss both views and I explain why I agree with some extend.
The main significant reason for socialize with working colleagues is that it helps us unwind and feel relaxed. It also gives an opportunity to improves after demanding job. For example, a person who spend time with their colleagues in the evening feel more happy and reduce stress. Therefore, spending time with theme helps reduce our stress and feel peaceful.
On the other hand, some individuals believe that it is good idea for maintaing distance from colleagues after work. This is because some people want privacy and confidentiality. If they spend time with their colleagues during evening or weekend, they do not have enough family time. For instance, an individual who often socialize with their colleagues can have less time enjoying with their parents or children. As a result, It can negatively affect their bonding.
In my opinion, people should maintain work-life balance by providing proper time with their family members. I also think that they should also maintain relationship with their colleagues after work because it is beneficial for reducing their stress and helps them maintain friendship with

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The essay addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding 'privacy and confidentiality' is mentioned but not fully explored with specific, nuanced examples. The conclusion is slightly confusing, as the final sentence ('spending time in their family time can have reduce their family members') is unclear and does not effectively summarise the position. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph provides a more thorough explanation of the 'why' behind the arguments rather than repeating similar points about stress reduction.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. Cohesive devices such as 'On the other hand', 'For instance', and 'In conclusion' are used to link ideas. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical, and there are instances where referencing is unclear, such as the pronoun 'them' in the final paragraph, which creates ambiguity. The overall structure is coherent, but the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that pronouns clearly refer back to their intended antecedents.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for a higher band. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'A few individual think' (should be 'A few individuals think') and 'maintaing distance' (spelling error). The repetition of basic terms like 'spend time' and 'colleagues' limits the lexical variety. To improve, you should focus on using more sophisticated collocations and synonyms to express your ideas more precisely, such as 'work-life balance' or 'professional boundaries'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally hinder the flow. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('A few individual think'), missing articles ('good idea'), and awkward sentence construction ('I agree with some extend'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are persistent throughout the text. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement, article usage, and ensuring that complex sentences are constructed accurately without losing clarity.
