Some individuals believe that, it's a great idea to hang out with the coworkers after office hours and on weekends. While, few claims that, they should not mix the professional life with the personal life. In my view, it is positive to spend time with your colleagues outside the job. I will discuss both the views in the following paragraphs.

On one Hand, hanging out with your office colleagues can result really good in build relations with them and knowing more about there like and dislike. If person spend quality time with their coworkers like going eveing dinners , parties etc, can build a great bond and understanding between them. For instance,by spending time together they can know a lot about each other come up with different perspectives of thinking and this might lead to good coordination in projects while working together, which faster the work speed .In addition, coworkers also may help their coworker some times in their emergency like financial and mentally in their good and bad times.

On the other hand, some people like to live in their own space without disturbance from oustide people. To be more clear, they don't like to spend extra time after office hours with the other employees, go out on weekend with them or hang out with them casually. They are worried about their personal life. According to them, they think that, if they share their personal life, weather it's about the family or relationship. Other might judge them or might make trash-talk about them with other colleagues. Therefore, they dont like to mix social life to personal life.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views on socialising with colleagues and clearly stating the writer's own opinion in the introduction. Ideas are extended with relevant examples, such as going to evening dinners and parties to improve coordination on projects. However, some arguments lack deeper elaboration and tend to overgeneralise, such as the claim that socialising always helps during financial and mental emergencies. The position is maintained throughout the essay, meeting the requirements for a Band 6.5 or solid Band 6, earning a 6.0.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement with clear paragraphing that separates the introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'On one hand,' 'On the other hand,' and 'To conclude,' though some transitions feel a bit mechanical or repetitive. Referencing is generally clear, but there are instances of faulty cohesion, such as fragment sentences and abrupt transitions within the body paragraphs (e.g., 'If person spend quality time... can build a great bond'). Progression is evident, but referencing and linking could be smoother to achieve a higher band, making a 6.0 an appropriate score.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting some less common phrases like 'coordination in projects' and 'different perspectives of thinking.' However, there are notable word-choice and collocation errors, such as 'build relations with them and knowing more about there like and dislike' and 'faster the work speed' instead of 'speed up work.' Spelling and morphological errors are also present, such as 'eveing' instead of 'evening,' 'weather' instead of 'whether,' and 'regading.' These errors do not impede communication, placing the vocabulary firmly at a Band 6.0 level.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some variety. However, there are frequent grammatical errors involving article usage, subject-verb agreement, and punctuation, such as 'believe that, it's a great idea,' 'If person spend,' and 'coworker some times in their emergency.' Many complex structures contain errors or awkward phrasing that requires the reader to re-read. While meaning is generally conveyed and communication is rarely impeded, the density of errors prevents the grammar score from rising above a Band 5.5.
