A considerable proportion of people tend to think so good connection with employee at job place even outside of the company more benificial comapre to make a line between job standards and personal life. As per my opinion having a good bond with your job workers make more benifits comapre to other part. I will elabrate more below.

First and formost importance is stress. Specially busy scheduleand and lonliness always attract the anxiety which quite common factor nowadys. Personally I believe, job works always give stress were coulege are stressbuster. As spending 9 hours among of 24hours wich quite higher number to spend with job workers. Due to daily general talks during lunch break they well known about our ups and down. Forthat, it is easy to understand and to tell truth without hasitate.

Moreover, seniour might know our finicial situation. According to that, when colouge meet out side the premises they might shared down part of the life which helps them standing by shoulder to shoulder.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response presents a clear preference for socialising with colleagues, especially in the opening and conclusion, and gives relevant reasons such as reducing stress and sharing workplace information. However, the discussion is uneven: the benefits receive several points, while the opposing view is only briefly acknowledged through the importance of family and personal life. That side needs a fuller explanation—for example, how work conversations can intrude on rest or create pressure to socialise. Some supporting claims, such as a manager sharing promotion information, are mentioned but not explained in enough detail. Develop both perspectives more fully and make the reasoning behind your final position more explicit.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The essay has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph developing advantages, a paragraph beginning with “On the other hand,” and a conclusion. This helps readers identify the main direction of the response. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the discussion moves from stress to lunch-break conversations and then to financial circumstances without clearly showing how each point connects. Linking phrases such as “First and foremost,” “Moreover,” and “On the other hand” are attempted, but some are awkward or do not establish a precise relationship between ideas. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to the point it supports; also ensure the opposing view receives a distinct, developed paragraph.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The response attempts vocabulary relevant to workplace relationships, including “stressbuster,” “premises,” “promotion,” and “personal life,” and the intended meaning is generally recoverable. However, the range is limited and many spelling errors or inaccurate word choices make reading difficult, including “benificial,” “lonliness,” “coulege,” “finicial,” and “apportunities.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “job workers,” “down part of the life,” and “better refrence.” These problems sometimes obscure the intended meaning rather than simply making the style less natural. Build accuracy with common workplace collocations first, and proofread spelling and word forms carefully before attempting more ambitious vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

There are attempts to use longer sentences and subordinate clauses, for example, “As spending 9 hours among of 24hours…” and “when colouge meet out side the premises…,” but these structures are often incomplete or faulty. Errors in sentence formation, agreement, articles, and verb forms occur frequently: “having a good bond … make more benifits” lacks agreement, while “they might shared” uses an incorrect verb form. Several sentences are fragments or lack a clear main clause, which makes relationships between ideas hard to understand. To improve, establish a complete subject and verb in every sentence, practise accurate past and modal verb patterns, and use shorter sentences when a complex structure is not yet secure.
