Student answer (Band 5.5)

A group of people believe that hang out with your work place friends after the work or at the end of the week is good. But, few persons concerned that work life and personal should be seprate.

I agree with the first statement, go out with the colleagues is better then only to focus on the work. I will elobrate my this openion in upcoming paragraph with some example.

To commence with, in this modern world we all are occupied in work, the life is going in circle and making friends is very imperative now a days. Furthermore, spending time your colleagues built the trust and understanding which help you to do your with effeciency and effectively. For instance, comrade who spend time together may find it easier to coorporate when they face difficult taskes at work and prevent them any dispute beacuse of their better comprehension.

On the other hand, work who is introvert and do not want to have fun with their companions have more stress and work load rather than the persons who takes values to his working partners. For example, if you do not take out the time for your colleagues to go out after work or on weekends feel hesitate to attend the social parties and organisation's events they want to spent their free time with their family which is also essential. But, you can not share everything with the your family members. socialising with colleagues is beneficial, provided employees have freedom to choose when they participate.

To summarise, Work and Social life should not be seprated. To make the good connection you have spend the time with your peers. Which strengthen professional realtionaships, build mutual trust, improve team work, relieve work related stress, maintain a healthy and stress free environment in the office at last but not the least increase the work efficency.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You discuss both perspectives and state a clear preference for socialising with colleagues, especially in the introduction and conclusion. Relevant points include building trust, cooperating on difficult tasks, and reducing work-related stress. However, the opposing view is not fully explained: you mention that some people prefer family time and may feel hesitant at work events, but do not develop why keeping boundaries might benefit them. Some supporting ideas are also unclear, such as the claim that introverted workers have more stress. Develop each side with a specific explanation or example, and make sure examples directly support the point being made.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate discussion paragraphs and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “Furthermore,” “On the other hand,” and “To summarise” help signal the direction of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, particularly in the second body paragraph, where the discussion moves from introversion and workload to social events, family time and the benefits of socialising. Some connections are unclear, and the conclusion repeats several points rather than synthesising the discussion. Organise each paragraph around one main idea, then explain it in a clear sequence; use referencing and linking words only where the relationship between ideas is precise.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to workplace relationships, including “mutual trust,” “professional relationships,” “cooperate,” and “work-related stress.” These choices show an effort to discuss the topic beyond very basic terms. However, the range is limited by repeated general words such as “work,” “time,” and “good,” while several inaccurate word choices or collocations make meaning less clear: “life is going in circle,” “take values to his working partners,” and “make the good connection.” Spelling errors such as “seprate,” “elobrate,” and “efficency” are also noticeable. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling and word forms carefully before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a relative clause in “comrade who spend time together may find it easier to coorporate” and a conditional structure beginning “if you do not take out the time.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction frequently make the reader work to understand the point. For example, “spending time your colleagues built the trust” has problems with the verb form and sentence pattern, while “Which strengthen professional realtionaships” is an incomplete sentence. Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement and tense in each clause. Punctuation and capitalisation also need more consistent control.
