Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this modern epoch, social interations has become burning issue, it has been deemed by a handful of people that is a best way to socialise woth employees during evenings and weekends. While other believe that it is crucial to keep worklife completely seprate from social life. This essay will discuss both these views along with my opinion.
To commence with, there are myriad of things to be shared in the favour of socialise with colleagues on evening and wekkends. The host and ostensible factor is build stronger relationship. To be more precise, if employers doing their work with their employees whole week it is not only good for company productivity, but also good for organisation's environment. For example, a survey conducted by BBC ( British Broadcasting Corporation) was noticed that 75% of company prefarring good collaboration with their workers. Thus, it is benefial for company as well as human life.
However, threre are famous dictum that beauty lies in the eyes beholder. likewise an array of people reckon that keep working life seprately from social life because people can spend time with family. In addition to this, they also enjoy their quality time with their spouse, parents as well as children. For instance, people who work whole day in office, they spend weekends with their family rather than office. Resultantly, it is important for becoming good employee.
In order to put forward my view, i would like to assert that topic in questions are be better dealt with discernment. Elevating one side can be dissonance. So, whatever the situation action will be prudent.
In conclusion, the contenders of both views have ample of reasons to support their view and some extent right in their own perspective. Yet, i believe that my view is more supportive and can not ne denied.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both views: the first body paragraph argues that socialising can strengthen workplace relationships, while the second explains that keeping work separate allows time with family. You also attempt to give your own opinion. However, the position is not consistently clear or sufficiently developed. The suggestion to use “discernment” and avoid “elevating one side” does not explain what balance you recommend, and the conclusion says your view is “more supportive” without identifying it. The supporting points are also brief: the workplace survey is not clearly connected to the claim, and the family example mostly restates the view. State your preference directly and explain how it benefits workers, using a specific, relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, a paragraph for your opinion, and a conclusion. Transitions such as “To commence with,” “However,” and “In conclusion” help signal the direction of the discussion. This coherent arrangement supports the reader. However, some links are mechanical or unclear: “In order to put forward my view” introduces a paragraph that does not actually clarify your position, and “Resultantly” does not make the relationship between family time and being a good employee clear. The conclusion also repeats the existence of two views rather than drawing the discussion together. Make each paragraph’s main point explicit and use linking phrases to show precise relationships between claims.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of vocabulary, including “myriad,” “collaboration,” “quality time,” and “discernment,” and the topic is generally understandable. However, the range is not controlled consistently, and several inaccurate or unnatural choices make meaning less clear. For example, “the host and ostensible factor” does not express the intended main reason, while “social interations,” “prefarring,” and “benefial” contain spelling errors. Phrases such as “socialise with employees” and “my view is more supportive” are also imprecise for this discussion. Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than inserting formal-sounding words. Proofread spelling and choose vocabulary that states your meaning directly, such as “build stronger relationships with colleagues” or “maintain a work-life boundary.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple and attempted complex sentences, including a conditional example beginning “if employers…” and a contrast introduced by “While other…”. This shows an effort to vary sentence forms. However, errors in sentence construction, verb forms, agreement, and articles occur often enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “social interations has become” has a subject–verb agreement problem, and “if employers doing their work…” lacks a correctly formed verb phrase. “While other believe” also needs a plural subject and matching verb, while “topic in questions are be better dealt with” has several structural errors. Practise building accurate clauses first, then combine them with conjunctions. Check agreement, verb forms, and sentence completeness during proofreading.
