In the community,it is believed that people meet together through different activities such as sports, wedding cerremonies,in market during trading activities, sports, funeral and job.Meeting and socializing is the places of job is the most advantagious activity and also very critical.
Some people think that it is a good idea to socialise with work collegues during evenings and weekends. It is a good idea since we need friends around us since we cannot stand on our own as independent as an island.Keeping working colleagues around us after the job is very important since we can share different ideas and skills. It also helps us keep good security on the other side either financially and spiritually.
when we have time with friends that do the same job like us after job,we can change ideas an views as well.By doing this we learn different tactics on how to tuckle issues at job since we are like birds of the same feathers. It is advisable only if one gets a good friend with a good understanding.
On the other side, other people think that it is important to keep working life completely separate from social life.It is true that social life should be private and confidential. This can only be ensured when you keep away social life from working life by distancing yourself and creating bounderies with people who works together with you. When a fellow workmate realise the weakness you have,it brings disrespect amongst you and therefore it is advisable to keep distance away from workmates.Life should be kept confidential and private particularly from strangers.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You discuss both views: socialising with colleagues can allow people to “share different ideas and skills,” while keeping work and social life separate may protect privacy. However, the response only minimally fulfils the task because the reasons are brief and general, and there is no clear, direct statement of your own opinion. The claim that colleagues provide “good security… financially and spiritually” is not explained, and the warning about a colleague discovering a weakness is also left unsupported. You also do not include a relevant example, as requested. The response is 245 words, so it falls five words short of the 250-word minimum; use the extra space to state your position and develop specific supporting examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has a basic overall shape: an introduction, a paragraph supporting socialising with colleagues, and a paragraph presenting the case for separation. Phrases such as “On the other side” signal a change in viewpoint. However, progression within paragraphs is weak: several claims are placed together without showing how one leads to the next, and the opening list of social activities does not clearly prepare the reader for the discussion. Some linking is repetitive or awkward, including repeated use of “since” and “By doing this.” The conclusion is also missing, so the discussion ends without resolving the two views. Organise each body paragraph around one main reason, explain it, and finish with a clear opinion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “socialise,” “colleagues,” “confidential,” and “distancing yourself.” This gives you a basic range for discussing workplace relationships. However, errors in spelling and word choice are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less clear: “advantagious,” “collegues,” and “tuckle” are misspelled, while “socializing is the places of job” is an unnatural phrase. Expressions such as “good security… financially and spiritually” are also unclear in this context. Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise phrases such as “build stronger working relationships” or “maintain professional boundaries” would help express your ideas clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, for example, “It is a good idea since we need friends around us since we cannot stand on our own…” and “When a fellow workmate realise the weakness you have, it brings disrespect…”. However, the range remains limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. There are problems with sentence boundaries and punctuation, such as the missing space after commas and the lower-case “when” beginning a new sentence. Agreement is also inconsistent: “a fellow workmate realise” and “people who works” need matching verb forms. Review subject–verb agreement, sentence punctuation, and the construction of longer sentences; separating some ideas into shorter sentences will improve accuracy and clarity.
