Student answer (Band 6.0)
There is an ongoing debate regarding way of socialisation. There are divided opinions. Some proponents believe that best way to be socialise is to hang out with your staff members in your leisure time. However, others are counter claim that and believe it should be great if they treat work life and a social life separately. Prior to my stance, both the view point would be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs with valid examples and approprite reasons.
Discussing the former view, the foremost one is hanging out with work colleagues can be more beneficial for their friendship bond at work place. It can bring more productivity to the work place. To add to this, It can bring more positivity, more empathy and kindness and more understanding to the work place. For example, If whole work place share a healthy bond with each other then they are always eager to help each other out, In any difficult condition. Furthermore, Spending more time with colleagues can reduce the sense of competition and jealousy. For instance, there are higher chances they can become a friends before they can become their competitior.
However some other people have their own opinions regarding this. They believe that work life and social life are two different entity, each should be treated differently. It can be helpful at some angle because a person can enjoy fully without any work pressure or being around with their work mates. To examplify this, a person is always think about judgement and apperance when they are around their colleagues. On top of that, with their friends they can be free from judgement, work pressure, and competition.
Based on aforementioned reasoning, I support former view of this argument. Scruitinising from grass root level , If they share healthy bond out side of work settings they can be actually helpful for each other at work. Because of that They can maintain their concentration and productivity to their job.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both views and state a clear preference for socialising with colleagues, so the response stays relevant to the task. The first view is supported with reasons such as stronger workplace relationships, greater willingness to help, and reduced competition; the example of colleagues helping one another makes this point understandable. The opposing view is also explained through the wish to relax without work pressure or concern about colleagues’ judgement. However, this side receives less development: explain more fully why keeping work and social life separate matters, perhaps by discussing boundaries or privacy. Your final position is clear, but the conclusion largely repeats the earlier claim rather than adding a developed reason for preferring it.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and a concluding statement. The progression from the benefits of workplace friendships to the case for separation is easy to follow, and examples generally appear beside the ideas they support. You also use signposts such as “However” and “Furthermore” to guide the reader. To make the organisation more polished, reduce formulaic transitions such as “Discussing the former view” and “Based on aforementioned reasoning,” and make links between claims more precise. Some references are unclear—for example, “they can become a friends before they can become their competitor” leaves the reader unsure who “they” refers to. Clearer pronouns and smoother connections would strengthen the flow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “productivity,” “empathy,” “competition,” and “work pressure.” These choices help communicate the main ideas, and some less common expressions show an effort to be precise. However, inaccurate word choice, collocation, word forms, and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less natural: “way of socialisation,” “counter claim,” “a friends,” and “Scruitinising from grass root level” are examples. Several phrases also repeat broad terms such as “work place” and “healthy bond.” Aim for natural combinations and accurate forms, such as “socialising with colleagues,” “argue in response,” and “a friendship.” Proofreading spelling and choosing more precise expressions would improve clarity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple and more complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “If whole work place share a healthy bond … then they are always eager to help each other out.” This gives the response some variety, and the main message is generally understandable. However, there are some errors in agreement, articles, verb forms, and sentence construction. For example, “each should be treated differently” follows the plural “two different entity,” while “a person is always think” combines incompatible verb forms. The opening sentence also needs an article in “regarding way.” Review subject–verb agreement, singular and plural forms, and article use, and check that each sentence has a complete, correctly formed clause. More accurate control of these patterns would make your ideas easier to read.
