Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some indiviuals thinks that its beneficial to have friendship with other employees and meet them after working hour to stong their relation. On contrary other individual think that social life and private life should be separate. From my prespective having good relations with your colleagues always benefical for you.
To commence with, individual have daily interaction with other employees. Thus they discuss differnt things with each other and have a matual understanding. Sometimes this bond turn to a relationship and they meet each other on holidays or on timings. For instance , In shoe company of STYLO, there is beneficial environment becuase of good bonding with each other. Furthermore, this has positive effect on working of employees. They also help each other through thick and thin.
On the other hand, people wants to keep their lives private. They are concious about their home secrets. They think private life and social life should must separate. Thus they meet with their empolyees in working hours just. They don't share their problem and happiness with each other. So this can't creat a healthy environment in company as contrast to the people who have good relation with each other. Moreover, less communication will never give people confidence to socialise.
In conclusion, Indiviuals have different thoughts in society. Some wants to become more socialise because they have friendly habits but some wants to spend lives on rules and don't socialise. I Think people must have a favorable behaviour towards colleagues. Its beneficial for company furthermore, have a outstanding realtion to face problems togather.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both perspectives and state your view in the introduction: you support building good relationships with colleagues. The two body paragraphs also give relevant reasons, including mutual understanding, helping one another, and concerns about keeping home life private. However, the ideas are only partly developed. The example of STYLO is named but not explained, so it does not clearly show how socialising improves workplace relationships or outcomes. The opposing view is presented, but its benefits—such as protecting personal boundaries or reducing pressure to socialise—are not explored. Your position is clear overall, though the conclusion repeats it rather than drawing together the discussion. Develop each main point with a specific explanation or example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. This makes the overall discussion easy to follow. You use signposts such as “To commence with,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” to show the stages of your argument. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, “So this can't creat a healthy environment in company as contrast to…” does not clearly express the relationship between the ideas, and “Thus” is used repeatedly to introduce consequences that are not always fully explained. The conclusion also shifts between “some” and “people” without clearly summarising the two arguments. Use more precise links and make each sentence build logically on the previous one.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “bond,” “private life,” “healthy environment,” and “socialise,” and you attempt phrases such as “through thick and thin.” This gives you enough language to communicate the main ideas, but the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning less clear. Examples include “have friendship,” “on timings,” “spend lives on rules,” and “outstanding realtion.” Spelling errors such as “indiviuals,” “stong,” and “becuase” are also noticeable. Aim to learn common word partnerships and check spelling carefully. More precise expressions for workplace relationships and personal boundaries would help you explain both views with greater clarity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including cause-and-effect structures with “Thus” and a contrast introduced by “On the other hand.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in basic sentence patterns, verb forms, agreement, and articles. For example, “Some indiviuals thinks” should use a plural verb, while “individual have daily interaction” needs clearer number agreement and article use. In “people wants to keep their lives private,” the verb does not agree with the plural subject; “should must separate” also combines modal forms incorrectly. These errors can make some sentences difficult to interpret. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and modal constructions, then build longer sentences from those reliable patterns.
