Student answer (Band 5.5)
Few masses believe that it's a good idea to socialise with office colleagues during evenings and weekends. Other individuals opine it's crucial to keep working life different from social life. There are so many reasons behind that which will be discussed in the following paragraphs. I believe that it is very prominent to keep working life separate from social life.
First and the foremost reason, to spend the leisure time with work colleagues after work is that it can increase the bonding between office employes by sharing thoughts and by doing gossips together. Moreover, they have the extra time to discuss about the project. For instance, if they are discussing about the project after work hours by this they can listen each others ideas as well as, this will increase there productivity of work. By spending time together, they can feel like a family on a workplace.
Nevertheless, other people believe that it is prominent to keep working life completely separate from socail life. Because family is also important by spending time with them you can share the goals as well as, person can feel stress free. For exemplify, by spending time with family person can listen how they spent there day and can share about their goals, because family is not going to judge you.
In my opinion, people have to keep working life different from social life, because if a person is spending more time office colleagues there is no privacy between them which is very crucial to work as a professionally.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both perspectives and state a clear opinion: the first body paragraph explains how after-work contact can build relationships and support project discussion, while the second highlights time with family and reduced stress. This covers the main parts of the task. However, several points are asserted rather than fully explained. For example, the claim that socialising with colleagues leaves “no privacy” is not developed, and the benefits of keeping work and social life separate could be linked more directly to the question. The example about sharing family goals is relevant but general. To strengthen the response, explain the consequences of each view in more detail and support your own position with a specific, convincing example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and a concluding opinion. This makes the discussion easy to follow. You also use signposting such as “Moreover,” “Nevertheless,” and “In my opinion” to show how ideas relate. At times, however, the links feel mechanical, and some sentences do not connect their ideas smoothly. For instance, “For instance” introduces a project example, but the sentence that follows is difficult to track because several points are joined together. The opening phrase “There are so many reasons behind that” is also vague and does not preview the discussion. Use clearer topic sentences and make each example’s connection to the paragraph’s main point explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to workplace relationships and social life, including “bonding,” “productivity,” “privacy,” and “stress free.” This gives you enough language to communicate the main ideas, but the range is limited and several choices are inaccurate or unnatural, which sometimes makes the meaning less clear. For example, “Few masses” does not naturally mean “some people,” and “prominent” is not the right word for something important or advisable. There are also spelling errors such as “employes” and “socail,” alongside awkward phrases such as “doing gossips.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully; using a smaller number of well-chosen expressions is more effective than forcing formal-sounding vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “if” and “because,” and the reader can generally understand your main points. However, complex sentences are often not controlled successfully, and errors occur frequently enough to make some passages difficult to follow. For example, “if they are discussing about the project after work hours by this they can listen each others ideas” has problems with clause structure, possessive form, and punctuation. In “if a person is spending more time office colleagues,” the sentence is missing a necessary preposition. There are also issues with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries. Practise building one clear main clause at a time, then add subordinate clauses with correct punctuation and grammatical links.
