IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The bar chart below shows the percentage of Australian men and women in different age groups who did regular physical activity in 2010.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The given bar chart depicts a day to day physical activity of various age groups on australian men and woman in 2010.

In Y-axis given percentage and in X-axis given age groups.In age group 15 to 24 male activity is maximum due to, teenagers, school students and youngster are highly actived in that age. but, from next age group this ratio significantly go downward as that shows male gender do office works more and does not move generally. In the other hand, woman's daily work become more when their grew older. Therefore, as they both become old, age group 65 and more almost same activity they do.

In small age group 15 to 24 shows men dominated woman by 5% more activity. but, In age 25 to 34 made opposite scenerio even 2% more activity then male. From age group 35 to 64 female's moving activity is remain almost same as 53% and male's activity little risen from 39.5% to 45.1%.
