The bar chart below shows the percentage of Australian men and women in different age groups who did regular physical activity in 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The bar chart illustrates the portion of gender with different age category representing the daily exercise in 2010.
Overall, the male accounts slightly decline with the age-class below 40 years and rose afterwards 47 years. In contrast, women interest inclined up to age 64 and moderately decline over 65 year old.
The men indicated highest activity during adolescence approximately 53 portion although decrease during mid-age is about 40%. Afterwards, remarkable indicate rises up to 46.7% on fitness during the older age. The sports activity participation during is more interest in younger age and gradual decrease arise due to several reason. This might be job stress or engaged in their occupation.
On other hand, female account maximum involvement during the mid-age over 45 to 64 age group. Initially, the interest is below during teenage and rise more then male up to age 64 portion. During the young activity of girls in the outdoor activity is least then males . Further more both gender slightly same in old age.
