Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Overall, it is clear that activity levels vary significantly by both gender and age. Men are most active in early adulthood, with participation declining steadily thereafter. By contrast, women's activity levels are lowest among the young, peak in middle age, and then fall in later years. Consequently, the age at which peak activity occurs differs markedly between the two genders.

With regard to men, 52.8% of those aged 15 to 24 engage in daily exercise, the highest figure for males. However, this proportion decreases progressively across older age brackets, suggesting a strong negative correlation between age and physical activity for men.

The trend for women follows a distinct pattern. Participation is relatively low in younger cohorts, but it rises considerably to reach 53.3% among those aged 45 to 54, which is the peak for females and slightly exceeds the peak for males. Beyond this age group, however, the rate drops again, mirroring the eventual decline seen in men.

In summary, while young men and middle-aged women are the most physically active, both sexes become markedly less active as they grow older.
