Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You address both views and give a position: you support sharing beneficial information while keeping sensitive material private. The points about public access helping people understand developments and information being misused to harm people or the environment are relevant. However, these ideas remain very general, and the distinction between useful and harmful information is not explained with a specific example or clear criteria. The opinion is also difficult to follow in places, particularly “some information shared to the people's but not importance onces.” The response is 51 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to develop both sides. To strengthen the response, explain each view with a concrete example and state more precisely what kinds of information should be shared or protected.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph for each view, your opinion, and a conclusion. Signposts such as “on the one side,” “on the other side,” and “in conclusion” help readers identify the stages of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is limited, and several ideas are repeated rather than developed. For example, the final opinion and conclusion both say that beneficial information should be public and sensitive information hidden, without adding a reason. Some links between ideas are unclear, as in “for growth of their businesses and always for better knowledge.” Build each body paragraph around one main point, explain it, and connect it to a specific example; this would make the organisation more coherent and less dependent on formulaic transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “scientific research,” “sensitive information,” “developments,” and “academic world,” so the reader can identify the subject of the essay. However, the range is limited and several word-choice and spelling errors make parts difficult to understand. Examples include “sencetive,” “avialibe,” and “dangerious,” as well as the unclear phrase “not importance onces.” Some expressions are also imprecise, such as “bad people” and “damage our world”; more specific terms would communicate the risks more effectively. Work on accurate spelling and natural collocations, and choose precise language for the types of information and possible harms you mean. This would improve clarity while retaining the relevant vocabulary you already use.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response attempts a few longer structures, including “when the information provide publicly” and “Some bad people used this information to damage our world,” but most sentences rely on simple patterns, and errors are frequent enough to obscure meaning. Verb forms and agreement are problematic: “the people will be aware … and understands” and “how they we use” do not form clear, accurate clauses. Sentence boundaries and punctuation also need attention, particularly the lowercase sentence openings and the run-on structure in the second body paragraph. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with clauses using “because,” “when,” or “which.” Check subject–verb agreement and verb forms in every sentence before adding more complex structures.
