IELTS Writing Task 2 question
Write about the following topic: Some people believe that it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world. Others believe that some information is too important or too valuable to be shared freely. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Student answer (Band 4.5)
Both these veiws are true some people believe that it is beneficial to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world. Others believe that some information is too significant or too valuable to be shared freely. From my perspective,it is important to share information about your business, research or academic world to someone truesty such us your brother and friend who is loyal to you.
Supports who believe that "it is beneficial to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world" think if your information spread to someone else it is save.In that case if you lose it by mistake you are able to get it again. Furthermore,It is also significant to insure your security. For example, if you have an important document in your laptop and your laptop resats all the data so you are able to get all the data if you shared it with other.
On the other hand, proponents of others who believe that "some information is too important or too valuable to be shared freely" think that if In case the person with which he shared information become their compatitor and leck all their important information he loses his secrets.For example, in case my friend fight with me and share all the data with my oponends so i have alot of lose.
In conclusion, if someone has his honest friend or a brother so initialy he want to check his honesty and then he want to share his information with him.
