Student answer (Band 4.5)
The sharing information about anything is great because it a great help for any one in any field in very short time we share the whole idea of an article which required double time to read and understand. If we share and work together it become more verstaile and mindfull for both who share and who did work on it.
But some time instead we share information we share the important idea on which we wil work in future other person steal our idea way we will work and did his project smart without giving credit and we regard on it we think all time on it some one do same without any struggle.
For example if some one ask for a way where the that location instead we just help by give information we guide too much we go with them by wasting our time the front person will simply say he help me not tell he go with me mean no credit for your time. That why we should just help him to give information not by giving energy and time which is valuable and important for us.
Once me and my friends work on project they did nothing i give my most of time give them idea how we will do and they create presentation on that and without giving credit to me who was behind it and teacher gave all number to them who create presentation not who was was behind this. That why some things more important then shared.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response attempts to discuss both views regarding information sharing and provides a personal opinion based on academic and personal experiences, thus addressing all parts of the task. However, the ideas are relatively limited and under-developed, relying heavily on personal anecdotes rather than broader arguments applicable to science, business, and academia. For instance, the example of a friend stealing project credit illustrates the danger of sharing, but it remains a simple personal narrative rather than a well-developed argument about professional contexts. The position is discernible, but the overall depth of exploration aligns with the Band 5 descriptor where ideas are limited and lack full extension.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The essay displays some overall organization with visible paragraph breaks separating the introduction, the opposing view, and personal examples. However, there is no clear overall progression, and cohesive devices are frequently inadequate, inaccurate, or missing altogether. Sentences are often strung together without proper logical links, such as 'That why we should just help him to give information not by giving energy...' and 'That why some things more important then shared.' Paragraphing is also rudimentary, and referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the flow of arguments easily. This level of cohesion and logical structuring fits the Band 5 criteria.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is very basic and repetitive, frequently showing limitations that impede smooth reading. Examples include phrases like 'great help for any one', 'did his project smart', and 'gave all number to them'. There are noticeable word-choice errors and spelling mistakes, such as 'verstaile' instead of versatile, 'mindfull' instead of mindful, 'wil' instead of will, and 'then' instead of than. While the vocabulary is minimally adequate to convey a basic meaning, the lack of precision and frequent inaccuracies prevent the score from reaching Band 6, placing it firmly at Band 4 due to the strain placed on the reader.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0
Grammatically, the response demonstrates a very limited range of structures, consisting mainly of simple sentences and poorly constructed attempts at complex forms. Frequent errors are present throughout the text, including missing auxiliary verbs, incorrect tense usage, and run-on sentences without punctuation or conjunctions, such as 'Once me and my friends work on project they did nothing i give my most of time give them idea...'. Punctuation is largely neglected, and basic grammatical rules are frequently broken. These persistent errors cause significant difficulty for the reader and mean the grammar performance corresponds to a Band 4 descriptor.
