Student answer (Band 5.5)
The issue of sharing information is becoming increasingly debatable these days. While it is thought by a section of a society that sharing information about scientific, business and acdamic is important, others however are of different view that publishing all information is dangrous. From my perspective, although both sharing and keeping information have respective pors and cons, emphasis should be on working mutually. In course of this essay, i will discuss the resons quoting pertinent illustrations to stated views.
On the one hand, the proponents of first views belived that sharing information about business, scientific and acdamic is important to displayed publically. In other words by providing information the foucus of individulas will increase the small business will grow with the help of information. For example naboure country have shortage of spare parts of cars and the demand is more than supply when the country publish his research the very next country should exports spareparts of cars in this way the compnies earn more profit and also big company involve small industries to complete the order on time. As a result the more opportunities for job seekers n this way economy is also show increasing trend.
On the other hand, according to the advocates of later view think that providing all information is dangous for every sectors. This is because when the information is published stock holders hold the stock and sell it on high prices. For instance, when the the information is published about in this year the production of rise is less than previous years the owner or store room hold the stock and sell it on high prices and the result the inflation rate is increased.
In my opinion, the better strategy would be the published information which is good for public and keep the secrate information which is harmful for public.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views on information sharing and providing a personal opinion. However, the treatment of ideas is limited and under-developed, which keeps the score at this level. While the writer attempts to present arguments for both sides, the supporting example regarding car spare parts and rice production lacks clarity and logical connection to the wider academic and business contexts mentioned in the prompt. The position is stated, but the explanation of ideas remains somewhat superficial and repetitive, preventing full development of the arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement with a clear division into paragraphs, featuring an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting opposing views, and a conclusion. Information and ideas are generally organised logically, and transitional phrases such as 'On the one hand' and 'On the other hand' are employed to guide the reader through the arguments. However, referencing is sometimes unclear, and the mechanical use of cohesive devices prevents the progression from feeling entirely smooth. Paragraphing is used sufficiently to structure the response, but internal cohesion within sentences occasionally falters.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited but minimally adequate to communicate the central ideas of the task. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'proponents', 'advocates', and 'inflation rate', but these are accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice, spelling, and word form, including 'acdamic' instead of academic, 'dangrous' instead of dangerous, 'pors' instead of pros, and 'secrate' instead of secret. These lexical inaccuracies and spelling mistakes cause some difficulty for the reader and reflect a restricted control over word formation and lexical precision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The text demonstrates a limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple sentence forms alongside flawed attempts at complex sentences. There are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation that can cause difficulty for the reader, such as subject-verb agreement issues ('advocates of later view think'), missing or incorrect articles ('the published information which is good for public'), and awkward prepositional phrases. Additionally, run-on structures and missing punctuation marks affect sentence boundaries, demonstrating a lack of secure control over grammatical patterns.
