Student answer (Band 5.5)
Every individual have different perspectives, norms and values where they decide what to share and what not. Most of the people think sharing information would help others while some like to keep it private considerating it valuable. In my opinion, I believe that the limited amount of information should be provided according to the requirement.
In the world of professionals, some of the individuals feel sharing much would help others. Every person has a different pattern of living, which makes some too empathetic and and they try to think for other's benifit. They believe if a person's information can help and increase someone's business, research or acadamics then why not to spread it. For example, in Pakistan, tourists feel more welcomed as Pakistani's help and guide them regarding the tours which can include food, places and other travelling aspects.
Whereas, some like to keep it private due to the person's own value and importance. Sharing too much information make people feel unvalued infront of others at times which also includes making them feel unneccesarily opening up and indulging onself with others although not required. For instance, students in classroom try to answer only when the question has been asked from them during the lecture.
I believe the information should be share in limitations where not too much valuable and important data is revealed along with only providing the required amount needed in the world of scientific research, business, and acadamic.
In conclusion, where the number of few people agree on believing information being shared to everyone while, some having a complete opposite thought of not freely being exposed, I think information should be shared on the bases of certain amount required and the importance of the situation.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and state a position: information should be shared in a limited way according to need and importance. The professional-sharing paragraph gives a relevant example of Pakistani people helping tourists, while the privacy paragraph explains that people may feel exposed or undervalued. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The tourist example concerns practical guidance more than sharing valuable scientific, business, or academic information, and the classroom example does not clearly show why information itself should be protected. Explain the benefits and risks in the specific fields named in the prompt, then support each with a more directly relevant example. Your position is present, but phrases such as “limited amount” and “according to the requirement” need clearer criteria for deciding what should be shared.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, your opinion, and a conclusion. The contrast marker “Whereas” helps signal the shift between perspectives, and the conclusion returns to your central position. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because several ideas are joined without clear logical links. For example, the first body paragraph moves from empathy to business, research, and tourism without explaining the connection. The conclusion also repeats the introduction rather than drawing together the discussion. Use topic sentences that directly state each argument, and make the examples explicitly illustrate that argument. Check referencing and transitions so the reader can follow how each point supports your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “scientific research,” “business,” “valuable,” and “private,” and the meaning is generally recoverable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or awkward, which makes parts of the argument unclear. Examples include “keep it private considerating it valuable,” “sharing too much information make people feel unvalued,” and “information should be share in limitations.” There are also noticeable spelling errors, such as “benifit,” “acadamics,” and “unneccesarily.” Build a more precise set of expressions for confidentiality, access, and public benefit, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More accurate phrasing would help you express the distinction between useful knowledge and sensitive information.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “where” and “which,” and the overall message can usually be understood. However, errors occur frequently, and some complex constructions are difficult to interpret. For example, “Every individual have” has subject–verb disagreement, “sharing too much information make” uses the wrong verb form, and “information should be share” has an incorrect passive construction. The sentence beginning “In conclusion, where the number of few people agree” is also structurally unclear. Practise agreement, passive forms, and complete clause construction. Aim to make each sentence express one clear relationship before adding subordinate clauses, and proofread punctuation and sentence boundaries.
