Student answer (Band 5.5)
Few individual consider that it is nice to give knowledge about the scientific research, busineses and the related to education but free of cost , while other people believe that some information is quite crucial or too precious to be revealed. In the following paragraphs i shall be explained both views in depth.
To begin with first view , there are variety of reasons like why people believe that information should be shared freely .Primarily, the students who want to become enterpreneur and have interest in experiments but they have not enough money to learn, however some of them are very talented so, if it would be they can learn and can get success .Apart from this , it would be beneficial for those people who want to start their own business but they have lack of ideas to start therefore if there will be free then they can know how to do planning , organising , and implementation.Foe instance there should be free educational websites that may help students to learn new skills whether it may regarding science , business and academic studies .
On the flip side, some of the people believe that it should not be shared freely because if scientific research cost alot of money to invent anything or on experiments , therefore it sell freely then how would scientist earn smart money and different identity . In addition,if businesses starts sharing ideas on any platform then it would be lose for them because competitors might copies their ideas which may resulted into loss. Sharing confidential information would be harmful for the business and scientist.
To conclude it, according to my perception information regarding to this should be share freely on any apps or websites because people can misuse the chemicals and can do harmful experiments ,nevertheless , information related to business growth secret can create a loss for company .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and give a personal position: you support sharing educational and scientific information, while recognising that business secrets may need protection. The examples of students learning through free websites and competitors copying business ideas are relevant. However, the discussion is uneven and some reasoning is unclear. For instance, the point that researchers need to earn money after costly experiments is introduced but not fully explained, and the conclusion’s reference to people misusing chemicals does not clearly support your preference for free access. Develop each side with a clearer explanation and a specific example, then state precisely which kinds of information should be shared and which should remain protected.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Signposts such as “To begin with,” “On the flip side,” and “To conclude” help readers follow the broad progression. However, some linking is mechanical, and connections within sentences are not always clear. The first body paragraph moves from students’ limited finances to entrepreneurship and then to educational websites without fully showing how these points relate. In the opposing paragraph, the shift from research costs to business competition could be more clearly signposted. Use fewer formulaic transitions and organise each paragraph around one main claim, followed by its explanation and example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “scientific research,” “experiments,” “competitors,” and “confidential information,” which helps communicate the subject. There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “planning, organising, and implementation.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning difficult to follow: “earn smart money,” “different identity,” and “it would be lose for them” are examples. Spelling and word-form errors, including “busineses,” “enterpreneur,” and “copies,” also reduce accuracy. Build a bank of natural phrases for discussing access, intellectual property, research costs, and commercial advantage, and check spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including conditional structures such as “if businesses starts sharing ideas… then it would be lose for them.” This shows an effort to express cause and consequence, but control is inconsistent, and errors can make relationships between ideas unclear. For example, “In the following paragraphs i shall be explained” has an incorrect verb construction, while “if there will be free then they can know” uses an unsuitable conditional form. Subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “businesses starts.” Practise forming accurate conditional sentences and review verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation. Shorter, controlled sentences would help make your reasoning clearer.
