Student answer (Band 5.0)

In this contemporary society, it is crucial to share every information for better research, business and academic world. Because it helps them to get better outcome. Conversely, other people highly argue that some details is too personal or too valuable to share with someone. From my perspective, People do not share their personal and important details with everyone for research and business because it put impact on their personal life as well.

Many natives beleive that sharing every information plats vital role in any kind of research, business and academic world. If someone does not know about everything of any situation, place and incident; how it os beneficial for them and how can they work on it to solve and improve the situation. For example: If a cop only aware with an incident and not know how it happens and who is victim in that case. How is the case solved. Consequently, it is necessary to share every single point related ro the incident for better outcome and good result.

On the other hand, some people say that some important is too personal and too valuable to be shared freely with everyone. Because sometime some details is connected with hearts and someone special, for that reason it is not easy to share their personal details with everyone for any research and anything else. Therefore, people have to secure there personal information carefully without sharing with everyone.

I highly appreciate the people who value their personal details and secure them in their geart.

In conclusion, sharing information for better research, better outcome is beneficial but sharing personal information is not good. Because personal information consists of love, care and affection for someone.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both views and state a position: you support sharing information for research, while arguing that personal information should remain private. The example about a police officer needing details of an incident is relevant to the value of sharing information. However, the discussion is only partial because the prompt also asks about information that is valuable in business and academia, and these areas receive little specific attention. The opposing view is mainly explained through personal feelings and relationships, rather than the risks of freely sharing valuable research or commercial information. Your conclusion repeats the privacy position but does not fully resolve the tension between the two views. Develop each side with a clear, relevant example and explain your own position more precisely.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Phrases such as “Conversely” and “On the other hand” help signal the change in viewpoint. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the police example is followed by several questions, so the link between the example and the claim is not smoothly explained. Some linking is mechanical or repetitive, particularly the repeated use of “Because” to begin sentences and the repeated references to “personal information.” The final paragraph also introduces a brief personal statement before the conclusion, interrupting the overall flow. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to the point it supports.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “research,” “incident,” “valuable,” and “personal information,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the meaning awkward: “every information,” “get better outcome,” and “some important” do not express the intended ideas naturally. There are also noticeable spelling errors, such as “beleive,” “plats,” and “geart.” Repetition of “share,” “personal,” and “better” further restricts the vocabulary. Build a more precise set of expressions for the two sides of the argument, such as protecting confidential data or sharing research findings, and check spelling and word forms during revision.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including conditional and question structures, as in “If someone does not know…” and “how can they work on it…”. However, complex attempts are often faulty, and frequent errors sometimes make the reader work to understand the point. Examples include the sentence fragment “Because it helps them to get better outcome,” the agreement error in “some details is,” and the unclear construction “If a cop only aware with an incident.” Articles, verb forms, and sentence boundaries also need attention. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement and articles. For example, combine the opening fragment with the previous sentence and write “some details are too personal or valuable to share.”
