Student answer (Band 5.5)
Information plays a crucial role when doing any kind of reseach or writing any report or presenting a task.Different people have different opinions on wheather we should add all the information we have about that particular topic or we should hide the sensitive or other kind of information. There is a whole debate on this topic , firstly we will discuss about the people who beleives that we should share as much information as possible, in scientific researches many time the scientists have so much information that can help other reseachers and work study students to further learn from that and implement that on real world for the well being of the society. In business if the business owner share all the possible infoormation then it will be really helpfull for enterpreniors to do that kind of business it will increse the economy and also normal people will understand the things related to money and ideas. In academic world it would be really helpfull for the students and also teachers to further study about that topic or field.
Now,we will discuss about those people who think that we should hide some information, these people are also concerned because many times more information misleads or it can harm others in some ways . If we talk about the excessive information in sceintific researches it is mostly for the reason that people misuses that fact or researchers do not want that other scientists use there research papers for future use same in the fields of business and academic world, these people are a little bit worried about the harmfull implacts of more information so that is why they believe this way.
Lastly in my opinion, in the field of scientific research and business it is necassary to hide some information because of many reasons that can harm the worls and peoples life. But my opinion is change for the academic world, education or content like this should come with a vast variety of information because it is for learning purpose and people will have more knowledge about different topics and can learn different perspectives.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and give a distinct opinion: you support sharing information in education, while favouring limits in scientific research and business. This is relevant to the prompt, but the discussion is only partly developed. For example, you say research information can help others “implement that on real world,” and that business sharing may “increase the economy,” without explaining how or giving a specific example. The concerns about misuse and harm are also stated broadly rather than illustrated. Your position becomes clear in the final paragraph, but it would be stronger if introduced earlier and maintained consistently. Develop each view with a reason and a concrete example, and explain more precisely why your opinion differs across fields.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph for each view, and a concluding opinion. Phrases such as “Now, we will discuss” and “Lastly in my opinion” help signal the stages of the discussion. However, these transitions are somewhat mechanical, and the first body paragraph moves rapidly between science, business, and education without clearly separating or linking the supporting points. Some references are also unclear, such as “that” in “implement that on real world.” The conclusion gives a useful summary of your position, but the progression would be clearer with topic sentences, more explicit links between reasons and examples, and less reliance on announcement-style transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “sensitive information,” “scientific researches,” “misleads,” and “perspectives,” so the reader can follow the main ideas. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors are noticeable. For instance, “work study students” is unclear, “share all the possible information” is repetitive, and “harmfull implacts” contains spelling errors. The repeated use of “information,” “helpfull,” and “people” also makes the expression less precise. Aim to use accurate topic-specific phrases such as “research findings,” “commercially sensitive data,” and “academic resources,” while checking spelling and choosing collocations that express your meaning naturally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including conditional structures such as “if the business owner share…” and a contrast between your views on business and education. However, complex sentences are often not controlled accurately, and errors in agreement, sentence boundaries, articles, and punctuation occur frequently enough to make some parts difficult to read. For example, “the business owner share” needs subject–verb agreement, while “there research papers” uses the wrong possessive form. The opening also runs several sentences together, and commas are often placed without appropriate spacing or sentence breaks. Practise building shorter, accurate sentences first, then combine ideas using correctly punctuated clauses and check agreement and possessives.
