Student answer (Band 4.0)

Some people think that it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific resarch busieness and the acdemic world .other think that some informations are too important and valuable tobe shared freely . I believe that it is good to share informatin with others. Beacuse we all are human being and no one is perfect and we should never say this that we are always right. Thier may be a some mistake in our information by sharing it with others we come to know about our mistake beacuse some informations we have and some the other people will have collectively gave us more knowledge .Than an indiviuals so it is a good thing to share information .By this our knowledge incresses as well because if we will not give information to others than ultimately the next person will never gives us. This the main reason. Yes I have an example according to my experience once it was the quiz of management and one of my fellow was not familier to that. And we was sitting in the group and I had asked that have you preapred. She said no even I dont know abot it and I said to her that okay I will help you and I was informing her about the women bussiness personality Hazrat Khadija and she said no faryal the personality must be settled out of the pakistan and thier bussiness too in this way we both reamins safe from the huge loss.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You state a clear preference for sharing information and give a relevant personal example about helping a classmate prepare for a management quiz. However, the response does not adequately discuss the opposing view that some scientific, business, or academic information may be too valuable or sensitive to share. Most of the reasoning focuses on the benefits of sharing, and claims such as “the next person will never gives us” are not clearly explained. The example also needs a clearer link to the wider issue in the question. The response is 237 words, so it is 13 words below the 250-word minimum; the 13 words copied from the task prompt were not counted. To improve, explain both views and develop your opinion with a more directly relevant example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5

There is a basic line of thought: you introduce your opinion, explain why sharing can help, and then give a personal example. Some linking expressions, including “By this” and “in this way,” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, the response is presented as one long paragraph, so the discussion of the two views and the example are not clearly separated. Connections between points are sometimes difficult to follow, particularly the move from correcting mistakes to the claim that people will not share information in return. The repeated use of “and,” “because,” and “so” also makes the progression feel mechanical. Use separate paragraphs for the opposing view, your position, and supporting evidence, and make each transition show the precise relationship between ideas.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, such as “share information,” “knowledge,” “management,” and “business personality,” and the main message is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “information” and “share.” Frequent spelling errors—including “resarch,” “acdemic,” “inform atin,” and “indiviuals”—make the writing less clear and reduce the accuracy of your vocabulary. Some expressions are also imprecise for an academic discussion, such as “huge loss” and “the personality must be settled out of the pakistan.” Build a more precise range for discussing confidentiality and research, and check spelling carefully. For example, use terms such as “confidential data” or “protect intellectual property” where they fit your meaning.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt to connect ideas in longer sentences, for example, “By sharing it with others we come to know about our mistake,” and you also use a conditional construction with “if.” However, sentence structures are often difficult to control, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries occur throughout. Examples include “we all are human being,” “the next person will never gives us,” and “we was sitting in the group.” Several sentences run together without clear punctuation, which makes relationships between clauses hard to follow. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using controlled subordinate clauses. Pay particular attention to subject–verb agreement, plural forms, and keeping verb forms consistent.
