Student answer (Band 5.5)
There are two types of people in the society, one of them believed that it is good to share much information as possible in scientific research business and academic world on the other hand while other believe that important information share at free of cost.
Some people should be trust that some of important information will share with the people because if they share their important information with people then other people should be learn something better from their research and they woud be able to reaserch some new things or some new ideas that will be help to other remaining people. If some "business" information will share with audience they will participate in it and giving some new ideas to make business more profitabale. Moreover, in academic point of view if a brilliant student will help other students in study they will both get good grade in their studies.
On the other hand, some people belive that we should not shared freely because some information will be too much important and too much valuable which is not good to share with anyone. Like, if they will doing work on their special innovation which make their name in the history but if he will share the some important information of that project with anyone may be he will copied it.
In my own opinion, i believe that we should not share the impotant information with anyone because we don't know about the clear history of that person he will share with anyone or not that's why we should not share with anyone at any cost.
In conclusion, some information can be shareable which is not so much important but don't share any type of information which is so much important and valuable.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both perspectives and state a clear preference in “I believe that we should not share the important information,” so the response addresses the main parts of the question. The first view is supported with examples from research, business and education, while the concern about copying an innovation gives the opposing view a relevant reason. However, these points are mostly asserted rather than explained in detail, and the examples remain general. Your opinion also focuses on withholding valuable information without considering possible safeguards, such as patents or controlled access, which would make the reasoning more balanced. Develop each main idea with a specific example and explain its consequences to make the response more fully developed.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph for each view, your opinion, and a conclusion. This helps the reader follow the broad direction of the argument. Linking phrases such as “On the other hand,” “Moreover,” and “In conclusion” signal relationships between sections. However, the opening sentence is difficult to follow because it combines the two positions in an unclear way, and some references, such as “they” and “it,” do not always identify their meaning precisely. The conclusion largely repeats the opinion rather than drawing the discussion together. Use clearer topic sentences, make pronoun references explicit, and connect each example directly to the point it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “scientific research,” “innovation,” “valuable,” and “profit,” and the reader can generally understand the intended ideas. However, the range is limited and several expressions are repeated, particularly “important information” and “share.” There are also noticeable word-choice and spelling problems, such as “share at free of cost,” “profitabale,” “belive,” and “reaserch,” which reduce precision and sometimes make the phrasing awkward. Aim to use more accurate collocations and vary key terms—for example, distinguish between sharing findings publicly and protecting commercially sensitive information. Proofreading spelling and choosing natural phrases will make your argument clearer and more appropriate for an academic essay.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including conditional structures such as “if they share their important information with people then…” and a contrast introduced by “On the other hand.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction occur throughout. For example, “other people should be learn” and “some information will be shareable” show problems with verb patterns, while “some of important information” lacks an article. The opening sentence also joins ideas in a way that makes the structure hard to interpret. Practise building accurate clauses first, then combine them using conditionals and contrast. Check subject–verb agreement and verb forms during revision.
